Triffic Trail – 10km Trail Race

The race takes place entirely within the picturesque grounds of Trent Park Country Park, Enfield. It is a beautiful location with plenty of great views, woodland walks and fun running. This is an annual open event and attracts a full range of runners from the very fast elite, to first-timers and fun runners. Many competitors return year after year. The course has everything, taking in grass and path, woods and open fields, a few hills and some fast roadway, but all within Trent Park. We have been frequently told that our annual race is well organised with lots of helpful and encouraging marshals and a useful goody bag!

A commemorative technical T-shirt and a goody bag will be presented to all finishers. There is a comprehensive prize list and there will also be spot prizes. The race will be chip timed and the results will be available online only. There is free car parking, toilet facilities, water stations, baggage and changing facilities, two cafes and a children’s play area. The race has previously been highly commended in Runners World for the value of the goody bag and the quality of the T-shirt.

There is also a Junior Triffic Trail race. This event has grown since it was introduced in 2012 and has now been expanded to include other clubs and individuals in the area and it is now open to all. This year we hope to increase the number of junior runners. It is a 4.5k fully marshalled course.
